Ruth's Chris Stuffed Chicken Breast
On our anniversary, a few months ago, Will took me to Ruth's Chris for the very first time. I ended up getting their Stuffed Chicken Breast and it was AMAZING! Recently I had a taste for it again, but we aren't rolling in the dough enough to have this kind of meal every time I have a taste for it so I began searching online hoping to find some sort of copycat recipe. It must have been my lucky day, because I found a video from a news program with a Ruth's Chris chef showing how to make it. I made this recipe once and Will requested it again for Father's Day. It's so yummy! Don't even bother asking for the special cut of chicken that they mention in the video. We found that using a bone-in chicken breast with the skin works beautifully!
