Between Will, my Mom, and some of my friends, I am asked "What's for dinner?" at least once a day. I thought it would be neat to share my dinner "plans" with you all each week so that you can see why I'm fat and happy. If I'm making something and the recipe is available online, I'll be sure to link up to it. If you see something you might like to try, but there's not a link for it, just let me know and I'll post the recipe. Notice that there's not a break to have leftovers, but during the summer leftovers are eaten for lunch. That will all change during the school year.

Wednesday - Poppy Seed Chicken, wild rice, and Roasted Broccoli with Garlic
Thursday - Breakfast for Dinner
Friday - Steak Quesadillas and black bean & corn salsa
Saturday - Grill Master Chicken Wings, Double Stuffed Potatoes with The Works, and salad
Sunday - Apple Stuffed Pork Loin, wild rice, and Caramelized Green Beans
